Tempered glass impact testing machine/Solar panel impact testing machine / PV Module breakage testing for IEC61730 testing

Purpose

This testing is provide confidence that cutting or piercing injuries can be minimized if the module is broken 

Testing standard 

It's conform IEC61730-2:2016 testing standard

Testing Procedure 

1.Mount the pv module sample so that it is centred and rigid on the teste frame using the method and parts described by the manufacturer including a defined torque if screws are sued for mounting, if different mounting options are possible the test shall cover the range of mounting techniques

2. At rest the impactor bag shall hang no more than 13mm from the surface of the pv module sample and no more than 50mm from the centre of the pv moduel sample

3.Lift the impactoro to a drop height of 300mm from the surface of the pv module sample, allow the impactor to stabilize, and then release it to strike the pv module sample
