Features

Instructions for use

Direction of rotation: Clockwise (as viewed from the end of the plexus axis) is a standard product, and this is the only turning direction. The confirmation of the turning direction can be checked by the instant start motor.
Hydraulic oil: 7 MPa or less, hydraulic oil with a viscosity of 20 to 50 cSt (ISOVG32) at 40 ° C
Drain pipe pressure: The drain pipe must be inserted directly under the oil surface of the fuel tank, and the back pressure generated by the light distribution should be maintained below 0.03MPa.
Working oil temperature: continuous operation temperature is 15 ~ 60 ℃
Shaft centering: The eccentricity error between the pump shaft and the motor is 0.05mm, and the angle error is 1 °
Suction pressure: the pressure at the suction port is -0.03MPa ~ 0.03MPa
Displacement adjustment: When adjusting the displacement, loosen the adjusting nut first, and then turn the adjusting bolt. Turn right to decrease the flow, and turn left to increase. After adjustment, please tighten the nut.
Pressure adjustment: Turn left (counterclockwise) the pressure adjustment bolt to reduce the output pressure, and turn right (clockwise) to increase. After adjustment, please tighten the nut
New machine operation: When the new machine starts running, the motor should be repeatedly started under no pressure to exhaust the air in the pump and the suction pipe. In order to ensure the air in the system is exhausted, it can be continuously operated without load 10 minutes
