Variable vane pump instructions

Direction of rotation: Clockwise (as viewed from the end of the bundle axis) is a standard product, and only this direction of rotation. The confirmation of the turning direction can be checked by the instant start motor.

Hydraulic oil: 7 MPa or less, hydraulic oil with a viscosity of 20 to 50 cSt (ISOVG32) at 40 ° C.

                      Below 7 MPa, use a hydraulic oil with a viscosity of 30 to 68 cSt (ISOVG46, VG68) at 40 ° C.

Drain pipe pressure: The drain pipe must be inserted directly under the oil surface of the fuel tank, and the back pressure generated by light distribution must be maintained below 0.03MPa.

Working oil temperature: The temperature of continuous operation is 15 ~ 60 ℃

Shaft center fit: The eccentricity error between the pump shaft and the motor is 0.05mm, and the angle error is 1 °

Suction pressure: The pressure at the suction port is -0.03MPa ~ 0.03MPa

Displacement adjustment: When adjusting the displacement, first loosen the adjusting nut and then rotate the adjustment bolt. Turn right to decrease the flow, and turn left to increase the adjustment

            After finishing, please tighten the nut.

Pressure adjustment: Turn left (counterclockwise) the pressure adjustment bolt to reduce the output pressure, turn right (clockwise) to increase and adjust

            When finished, please tighten the nut.

New machine operation: When the new machine starts running, the motor should be repeatedly started under no pressure to discharge the air in the pump and the suction pipe.

            Air, in order to ensure the exhaust of air in the system, it can be continuously operated for 10 minutes under no load
