DLY Vertical submerged multistage oil pump

DLY submerged multistage pump is a new type of oil collecting pump in oilfields. The pump covers the small area and facilitate the field installation and have the convenient maintenance and operation. DLY submerged multistage pumps can fully meet the needs of oil collection and discharge of dirty oil and sewage etc.

DLY submerged multi-stage pump is used for conveying oil and oil-water mixed medium collected by oil well and oil station. It is also suitable for oil pipeline. It can meet the requirements of oil production plant, chemical plant, oil refinery and other units for conveying various kinds of oil.

It can also be used for conveying clean water and similar medium.

Vertical submerged multi - stage pump characteristics

DLY multistage submerged pump is for vertical single-suction multi-stage sectional centrifugal pump. DLY pump suction inlet is in the lower and vertical down and the outlet center is horizontally arranged.

This series of pumps have the advantages of small volume, small floor area, low noise, no radial force when the radial guide vane runs, stable operation, high efficiency, less exposed parts, etc.

Multistage submerged pump driving

The multistage pump is driven by an outdoor vertical explosion-proof motor mounted on the motor frame and driven by a coupling. The pump rotates counterclockwise from the motor end.

the material of multi-stage submerged pump can be selected according to different media of users, ductile iron qt600-3, stainless steel 1Cr18Ni9Ti or cast iron HT200 etc.
