1.HCLF no leakage fluorine-lined magnetic pipeline pump is a new type of magnetic pipeline pump developed and designed by us according to HCF series products. It has both the characteristics of pipeline centrifugal pump and the advantages of magnetic pump.

2. The hydraulic components of the pump body, impeller and pump cover are designed by CFD computer for module design and precision casting. It is characterized by wide passage, high efficiency, good cavitation allowance, small radial force, accurate dimension, smooth passage and good interchangeability.

3. Fluoroplastics (PTFE, FEP, PFA) are the best corrosion resistant materials in the world (commonly known as "king of plastics"), which can transport any concentration (strength) of acid, alkali, oxidizer and other corrosive media without damage;

4. Ferrite magnet, neodymium iron boron and samarium cobalt are selected for the magnet, which has good magnetism, high temperature resistance and non-demagnetization; Its magnetic energy product is 28 trillion gauss otters, and the limit of temperature tolerance is 350℃. Under the condition of conventional cooling, the maximum service temperature is limited to 260℃, which cannot help demagnetization to the maximum extent, making the theoretical service life of magnetic materials as high as 20 years

5.Dynamic ring, shaft sleeve and sliding bearing are made of silicon carbide and other materials with high wear resistance and temperature resistance, which have high strength, good wear resistance and strong corrosion resistance, effectively ensuring the service life of the pump.

6. No leakage, all sealing points are closed static seal, driven by magnetic coupling, no nitrogen seal is required, safe, economical and efficient, completely solve the medium leakage
