Product description of high pressure silicon stack:

High pressure silicon pile is also called silicon column.  It is a silicon high frequency and high voltage rectifier diode.  The working voltage is between several thousand volts and tens of thousands of volts.  It is mainly used for high voltage rectification of microwave equipment.  The reason why it has such high withstand voltage capability is that its interior is composed of several silicon high-frequency diode cores connected in series.  The high-pressure silicon stack has long service life in microwave equipment and can be used in high and low temperature environments.
