2 cabin size
Manufacture according to customer needs. Generally, it is expressed as the outer dimension of the cabin: 3000mm (length) ×3000mm (width) ×3000mm (height).
The cabin is a non-standard product, and its size can be determined according to the number of analyzers, types, system complexity and operation and maintenance space. Limited by long-distance transport conditions, its overall dimensions are generally as follows:
Length: outdoor main body 2.5-6.5m (considering the standard steel size, hoisting and transportation structural strength, the length of a single analysis hut should not exceed 6.5m. If the length is 6.5m, a combined structure can be adopted, which can be made separately and combined into one after being transported to the site, or two analysis cabins can be used).
Width: outdoor main body 2.5m, the widest should not exceed 3.0m (limited by road transport width, width should not exceed 3.0m).
Height: outdoor main body 2.5-3.0m (subject to the height limit when passing through the overpass and tunnel), indoor net height 2.2-2.8m.
3. Mechanical structure and material requirements of the cabin
The frame, base, and roof
The framework, base and roof of the analysis cabin are metal members welded with section steel, which should have sufficient strength and rigidity to ensure that the analysis cabin will not deform under load, lifting, translation and transportation.

The interior and exterior walls and interior and exterior roof panels
The outer wall panel should be made of 1.5mm# ~ 2.0mm steel plate, and can be formed by combination structure of flight-type plate. If the welding process can be guaranteed, the outer wall can also be formed by welding structure of ribbed galvanized sheet. It is advisable to use stainless steel board (304SS, stainless steel wire-drawing laminating board is recommended) for exterior wall board with split-board structure using xx, or use galvanized steel plate. When using galvanized steel plate, the surface must be sprayed with white or international gray.
The inner wall panel and ceiling should be made of 1.5mm# ~ 2.0mm steel plate. The material of the second engineering electrical cabin should be galvanized steel plate or cold-rolled steel plate. Stainless steel plate can also be used according to user requirements. When using galvanized steel or cold-rolled plate, the surface must be painted with white varnish for the ceiling and white matt paint for the inner wall.
The roof panels shall be designed to provide effective rain protection, which may be constructed with a combination of snap structures or by plane welding. The material is made of 1.5mm# ~ 2.0mm stainless steel plate, which can ensure the durable corrosion resistance of the roof surface, and the roof weight capacity ≥250kg/m2 (weight of two persons) without permanent deformation.

Inside the cabin, avoid dead corners and grooves that may cause gas accumulation. Suitable manual or automatic vent holes should be provided at the height of the cabin to prevent gas accumulation. Sample preparation units, carrier cylinders, standard cylinders, and laboratory sampling points for manual analysis shall be located outside the cabin.
4 power distribution of huts
