For the coating prepared by high chromium nickel base alloy wire 45CT, the thermal corrosion caused by liquid phase dissolved in liquid phase is first subject to the competition of Cr preferential oxidation, forming Cr203 oxide. When the content of chromium reaches more than 40%, a dense and complete layer of oxide film coating can be formed to intercept the corrosion medium into the coating substrate, so that the matrix is fully protected. The preparation of 45CT coating by arc spraying is a better method to improve the service life of the boiler's four tubes. It has the thermal expansion coefficient similar to the four tube material of the boiler. It can produce a metallurgical bond with the matrix and form a dense, uniform and complete coating with high temperature corrosion resistance and high temperature erosion on the surface of the matrix. Compared with other spraying methods, it has the advantages of economic, flexible, reliable, high efficiency and less pollution, and the non magnetic properties of the nickel base high chromium alloy coating ensure the accurate measurement of the thickness of the coating in the field construction.
