PCBA production automation equipment for power bare plate is a comprehensive test equipment for power multi-connection plate independently developed by our company. It is also an upgraded product of ATE-806LB of switch power connection plate test system. It is mainly applied in the automatic upgrading and transformation of power PCBA production line, which is connected between the patching section after wave soldering and the automatic gluing section. The product in the repair station is transferred to the equipment, and the rotating machinery is used to grab the product and test it on the test fixture platform. The signal given by the automatic OK/NG marker pen to the test station is used to mark the designated position of the product, so as to facilitate the identification of the good and bad products of the subsequent subdivision. After the product is tested, it is transferred to the automatic rubber station and automatic subdivision station.
