VR-192GLA-LED-HW adopts VR-ETC75W-4L series electronic load module for pulling, each aging car has 7 layers (the lower 3 layers are 180mm high; The upper four layers are 120mm high). 7 VR-ETC75W-4L load modules are installed on each layer, and a total of 49PCS of modules are installed. VR-ETC752 (G) -4L load module is divided into 4 channels load, CC, CV, LED, mode;

3．The trolley is divided into aging area and load area. The product placement area is about 300mm wide. The product input interface adopts movable wiring strip (including fast clip) to facilitate the fast connection of large and small products. PCB output interface with parallel switch and fast clip, with LED indication;

4．0.5mm high temperature insulated epoxy board is laid on the pallet board to solve the defect of insulation skin shrinkage at high temperature；

5．Aging car is equipped with PC computer, which is used to load monitoring software and control electric control part, can set and display aging current and product output voltage, and has the function of automatic detection and judgment of output voltage and current.
