1. The CBN content and cutting edge of BN-K1 tool are developed for the processing characteristics of high chromium castings with strong pertinence, and can not be used to process ordinary gray iron.

2. The cubic boron nitride monolithic polycrystalline BN-K1 cutter has a depth of more than 7 mm, which is more impact-resistant than ordinary ceramic cutters and CBN cutters. Especially in the case of poor surface processing of castings, rough turning can be pulled out without grinding and flattening the workpiece before reprocessing.

3. When processing high chromium cast iron pump with BN-K1 cutter, the type of cutter and the feed rate should be selected according to the different parts.

4. BN-K1 blade is a kind of indexable CNC blade with middle clamp (including turning blade and milling blade). Besides processing high chromium cast iron, it can also be applied to other high hardness cast iron, such as chilled cast iron roll, etc.
