Pump structure and principle
BW series single cylinder grouting pump is mainly composed of motor, gearbox, pump head, frame, shroud, V-belt drive mechanism (see Figure 1). The gearbox is a closed casing and is lubricated by splash lubrication. Each of the moving parts, a pair of meshing gears, can transmit the rotary motion of the motor to the crankshaft, and push the connecting rod and the crosshead to reciprocate the piston. BW50-3 is a diesel engine connecting rod, BW60-5 is a bearing type connecting rod. The bearing type connecting rod has the characteristics of low noise, flexible rotation, wear resistance and durability. The pump head is mainly composed of a connecting flange, a cylinder sleeve, a piston, a tie rod, a screw rod, a ball cage, a gas chamber, a pressure gauge and the like, and is a bottom-in and a-out type, and the piston is driven to reciprocate by a pull rod to control the steel ball and the ball.
