1.It is a special machine for bending UPVC/plastic profiles to make arc windows.The machine includes working
table,heating device and the shape forming bands.
2.The profiles profile needs heating to bend.Heating system has two types:Hot Air and Glycerin heating.In hot
air heating system,profiles are heated by infrared ray. In glycerin heating system,profiles are heated by hot
glycerin.
3.The machine can bend various profiles,such as:Frame profiles,Mullion profiles,Window sash profiles,Door
sash profiles,Single glazing bead profiles,Double glazing bead profiles.And moulds is needed for all of the
profiles to save profile shape at bending time.It is necessary to inform us which brand of profile you use.
Also. if we do not access to your profile, you must send us sample of all of the your profiles to make moulds.
4.Process range can be designed as your required.So please tell me your Max arc window size,we can
customize making.
