WFH-4/5MD PVC Window Four Head Welding Machine can clear welding beading in one time after finishing

the welding, and can strictly control the size of welding seam. Therefore, after welding of colorful section steel is finished, its surface welding creater looks perfect and

PS: This machine fits for welding colorful profile, both the upper and bottom side welding slag will be

cleaned after welding.  It could control the welding gap size strictly, so the surface welding is very flat

and beautiful. 

PS: The cutting blade tool adopt alloy materials, the balde could realize automatic, support change blades.

PS; The whole machine body adopt high inflexibility structure welded, high bearing capicity, no transform.

The machine horizontal moving adopts circular orbit support.The machine heads up and down movement use square guide, which will be more stable The bottom position square guide positioning design. Positioning with high precesion, welding size standard, ensuring high reliability.  

PS: The material support rack is adjustable according to the profile size, it is very convenient.
