Introduction:

This product is suitable for handling materials that require only a short heating time. The rotary tube furnace is slightly tilted, heating is started to reach the target temperature, and then the feed reamer is opened to continuously feed the material into the furnace tube, and the material passes through the heating zone of the working tube and is discharged from the other end. The length of the heat treatment depends on the inclination of the tube, the rotational speed, the length of the tube, and the fluidity of the material. The 6L storage container, combined with the closed inlet and outlet system, can also be used in a protective atmosphere or vacuum (if the sintering temperature is too high).

1. The furnace tube is made of 310 heat-resistant stainless steel to increase the operating temperature of the equipment;
