Introduction:
The HWP01-10S self-heating substance tester is used to determine whether a substance will oxidize and self-heat when exposed to air at a certain heating temperature, in accordance with the United Nations Manual on Recommendations for the Transport of Dangerous Goods, Manual of Tests and Criteria, Section 33.3.1.6. 4 Test method for self-heating substances.
The instrument is a desktop cabinet structure consisting of a display control part and a heating system. It is equipped with a 25 mm side and 100 mm square wire mesh container for placing test samples. A detachable compartment and a hot air circulation system are designed inside the heating system, and an explosion-proof glass observation window is installed on the front of the cabinet to facilitate observation of the state of the sample. The instrument can continuously detect the internal temperature of the sample within 24 hours, generate a data report, and automatically judge the test result according to the corresponding standard.
