BET-48G series bacterial endotoxin tester

BET-48G  series bacterial endotoxin tester is a self-developed product of Tianjin Tianda Tianfa Technology Co., Ltd. It is used to test bacterial endotoxin in medicines, biological products, medical devices and pharmaceutical water. It is also used for inspection of finished products and control of intermidate. This tester is widely used in all links of GMP control. It is with independent intellectual property rights and many national patents. Ampoule bottle or detection tube with a diameter of 8mm is used to detect bacterial endotoxin in specimens. Utilization of tube has the advantage of saving one half of Tachypleus Amebocyte Lysate (TAL) and each tube only needs 0.05ml TAL. The manufacturer provides dedicated quantitative detection tube and out-of-box packing bags endotoxin of which is rigorously cleaned and disinfected. It is convenient and simple. Troublesome steps, like washing detection tube, etc., are exempted. Channels of man-made pollution exogenous endotoxin are reduced. It is an advanced dedicated tester for endotoxin.

Features 

 Kinetic curve method is adopted in detection, which is the principle of the tester. Detection of each tube is timed individually. 

 Endotoxin and 1-3-β-D glucan, the two indexes, can be detected separately. 

 Two kinds of detection wavelength are selectable(405nm and 660nm). If 660 nm detection wavelength is used, yellow substance can only absorb tiny part of detection light, so it is particularly suitable for detection of yellow Chinese medicine preparation and clinic blood preparation. 

 Use reaction rate method and observe reaction rate curve to identify substance, turbidity of which changes in reaction solution, is endotoxin or 1-3-β-D glucan. 

 Multitask and multiwindow operating functions. Resource management operation interface is intuitive and convenient;

  Reaction curve can be displayed in real time, all curves can be separately checked, single curve can be amplified and reaction rate curve can be displayed. Multiple curves can be selected arbitrarily, displayed on the same coordinate and printed;
