Brief introduction

HY-DPM11 is using optical transmission principle to measure the dust concentration in flue gas.

Detection of light path across the flue, double light path measurement system has a high brightness LDE light source is installed in the transmitting / receiving end beam, which emit light through the optical splitter road a two part: through the transmission optical lens to the reflective end, as part of the reference signal into another reference detector; a part of the detection light through the flue dust into the reflection unit, is reflected back to the transmitter / receiver optical focusing lens in the end after entering into the detector detection, signal detection. By calculating the ratio of the signal intensity on the two detectors, we can get the light transmittance / resistance / dust concentration value.
