M1 cutting grinding
The sample enters the grinding chamber through the injection funnel, and the sample is cut by the shearing action between the rotating rotary knife and the fixed cutting strip. When the sample size is smaller than the aperture on the sieve plate, the sample falls into the collection. Inside the bucket.
M2 cross-hit grinding
The pulverization process is achieved by tapping and impact effects. The pulverized sample passes directly through the feed funnel into the center of the comminution chamber. The sample was comminuted between the impact crushing plate of the rotary cutter and the toothed pulverizing insert. Once the sample particle size is smaller than the screen aperture, they enter the receiving container. The striking rotor draws in a large amount of air through the addition funnel passage, thereby accelerating the speed at which the comminuted sample exits the comminution chamber.
M3 rotary tapping grinding
It is achieved by impact and shear effects. The sample passes through the addition funnel into the center of the pulverization chamber and is pulverized by rotating the knives, pulverizing the insert and the screen. Once the sample particle size is smaller than the screen aperture, they enter the receiving container. The quick locking design of the door ensures convenient and quick access to the smashing chamber, which also ensures the convenience of cleaning.
