Introduction
The Vibrating Cup Mill VM series is primarily used for sample preparation for spectroscopic analysis. The instrument is suitable for rapid and lossless fine grinding of samples to produce samples with analytical grade fineness. The medium-hard, hard, brittle, and fibrous samples can be sampled (ie, dry milled) in a dry state. The compact floor plan not only saves space, but also facilitates placement. Considering the movement of the whole machine, we specially install the casters on the bottom of the vibrating cup mill.
working principle
The vibrating cup mill VM series achieves comminution by pressure, shock and friction. The quick hold device secures the grinding kit to the vibrating chassis. Through the transmission, the vibrating chassis produces a dramatic three-dimensional vibration mode, which causes considerable impact force, friction and rolling pressure between the grinding kits, and concentrates on the sample, so that the sample is powdered in a very short time. .
