Introduction:

The integrated biogas composition analysis system Gasboard-9060 uses the world's leading non-dispersive infrared gas analysis technology and long-life electrochemical sensing technology to continuously monitor the volume concentration of CH4, CO2, H2S, O2 and other gases in biogas components in real time. Scope of application: large and medium-sized biogas projects such as anaerobic fermentation, sewage treatment, landfill, and biogas power generation

Features:

1. Modular design of sensor, adopting international leading non-dispersive infrared gas analysis technology and long-life electrochemical sensing technology, and patented technology of H2S sensor life extension device, can simultaneously measure CH4, CO2, H2S, O2, etc. in biogas components. The volume concentration of the gas, there is no cross interference between the multi-component measurement gases.

2. The sensor adopts dual channel design and has strong stability; it has self-diagnosis function, which can check the sensor status online.

3. It can be transmitted to the upper centralized control system through various interfaces.

4. Configure a fully automatic, maintenance-free pre-processing device to achieve real-time online monitoring without manual maintenance, greatly reducing the labor costs of the enterprise.
