Introduction
1.Precise automatic pressure control system with air duct leading pressure:The high temperature, high pressure, strong corrosive gas in the closed sample vessel is led by pressure leading tube directly to the pressure sensitive membrane of special pressure sensor, to transform the pressure in vessel to electrical signal and directly display the pressure value onto the display screen on the control faceplate to enable operator real time observing the pressure in vessel, and keep it within specified range. This is the newest direct pressure measuring mode features higher working pressure, better pressure measuring precision, easier operation
2.Thermal resistance automatic temperature controlling system:Insert temperature sensor through the special connector directly into the closed vessel to measure the temperature in the vessel. The sensor system has reliable microwave resisting or shielding function to ensure precision of measure, control and display.
3.Inner vessel adopt PTFE, the protective sleeve is pressure cast with PEEK by one shot to withstand high temperature, high pressure, strong acid corrosion; its operation is more simple and convenient and more safe

1. The real time measuring & controlling of pressure and temperature in the digestion vessel, automatic stop microwave heating when setting value to be exceeded are realized;
2. Frame high pressure digestion vessel: inner vessel adopt PTFE, the protective sleeve is pressure cast with PEEK by one shot to withstand high temperature, high pressure, strong acid corrosion;
3. For chemical reaction in the vessel, when the pressure is rising over the limited value, the safety membrane blow out to release pressure;
4. If above measures can not prevent the pressure to rise, then the shirt edge of sealing cover blow out to release pressure;
5. If chemical reaction breaks out or explosive sample explode after microwave heating, the safety protection door can effectively protect people from injury.
