Brief introduction

EQ-SP-15VIM is a vacuum split induction heating / melting system with complete accessories, including SP-15AB Induction Heater, Quartz Tube with Flange & Valve, Graphite Crucible & Refractory Assembling, 4L/m Recirculating Water Chiller, Vacuum Pump, and Mobile Cart. It is an ideal tool for researching new metallic alloys with both melting point < 1900ºC and quantity < 100g.

KF25 connector and 1000mm long SS pipe is included for connecting to vacuum pump

Graphite Crucible: 1.5"(OD) x 1.25"(ID) x 3.75"(Deep) Crucible included

Refractory Assembling: Complete refractory assembling made of alumina, including bottom crucible support, crucible holder and cover

Water Chiller

Water Tank: 6Liters made of stainless steel

Note: It is recommended to use specific coolant to get the best preformance. It is normal to wait couple of minutes for cooling down after several trials of heating
