1.The quartz heaters are not suitable for heating in hydrofluoric solution and silicate solution. If they are used in the solution it is easy to dissolve and.

2. Before polishing the aluminum oxide acid and heating the liquid which has the deposition, we should clean the deposition in case of it attached on the quartz heaters.

3. Low surface power design(4W/CM2), thick solution heating should choose low surface power design (2.5W/CM2)to ensure the service life of the product.

4. All heater can be used with thermal protection switch or temperature probe.

5. All heater can be used with BAODA junction box and PE sheathed wire tube.

6. All heaters reach international inspection standards to ensure the security and stability.
