Introduction:

The CTS-8006 Ultrasonic Flaw Detector is a fully digital multi-channel instrument with six independent transmit-receive channels. The instrument is small in size, light in weight, compact in structure, advanced in circuit and process design, stable and reliable in performance, and strong in anti-interference ability. The instrument is equipped with different mechanical transmission devices to realize automatic ultrasonic testing of steel pipes, steel plates and mechanical parts. It is an ideal automatic ultrasonic testing equipment for metallurgy and railway machinery manufacturing industries.

1. With 6 independent transmit-receive channels, you can combine 1 to 6 channels to work cyclically.

2. Each channel is equipped with 4 gates, A, B alarm gates, G tracking gates and W self-locking gates; the alarm function is complete, which can meet the alarm needs of various automatic flaw detection systems.

3. The instrument adopts advanced related alarm circuit technology, which can effectively suppress various external interferences at the inspection site, and has strong anti-interference ability and improved alarm reliability of detection.

4. It adopts electro-optic (EL) illumination high-brightness display, the waveform display is clear and bright, and can be used in various occasions.

5. Full Chinese menu display, light touch panel switch, beautiful and reliable, reasonable keyboard design, clear button definition, easy to operate, easy to master.

6. The instrument circuit design and process design are advanced, the performance is reliable, and the work is stable.

7. Among the similar instruments, the instrument has the smallest volume, the lightest weight, convenient carrying and strong adaptability on site.

8. File editing function: It can store, recall, play back, print detection conditions and defect waveforms to form a test report.

9. Communication function: It can communicate with computer to realize the transmission of waveforms, conditions and data, and it is convenient to archive and manage the flaw detection data on the computer to improve safety.

10. With software upgrade function, the application software can be specially designed for users to meet the special requirements of users.
