Introduction:

The CTS-8682 Ultrasound Preamplifier is an ultra-small, low noise, wideband, high gain preamplifier developed using proprietary technology. Suitable for TOFD, air-coupled ultrasound (empty coupling), electromagnetic ultrasound, concrete, ultrasonic CT, etc., which require sufficient gain or increase the broadband signal-to-noise ratio to achieve optimized echo.

application:

1. Provide sufficient gain or increase the broadband signal-to-noise ratio to achieve optimized echo acquisition.

2. Large thickness materials that detect ultrasonic attenuation or scattering, such as ductile iron, austenitic steel, brass, bronze, rubber, fiberglass or some composite materials to improve signal-to-noise ratio.

3. Compensate for amplitude attenuation due to extremely long cable runs between the probe and the test instrument. Improve long-distance transmission signal-to-noise ratio.

4. TOFD detects the tip diffraction signal preamplification.

5. Electromagnetic Ultrasound (EMAT) Ultrasound Preamplifier.

6. Concrete piles are pre-amplified.

7. Measurement of elastic modulus of rock and ore, acoustic scattering of water or other liquid foam or plankton, and pre-amplification of biological tissue analysis.

8. Measurement of rock ore dynamic parameters in oil and gas and mining industries, study of seismic wave formation characteristics and relationship between rock properties and seismic parameters.
