Introduction
TT210A coatings thickness gauge (coating thickness gauge) is magnetic, eddy current portable dual-purpose coating thickness gauge, automatic identification of magnetic and non-magnetic material, measuring magnetic metal substrate condition (such as steel, iron, alloy and hard magnetic steel, magnetic black metal) on the non-magnetic coating thickness (non-ferrous metals such as zinc, aluminum, chromium, copper, and plastic, rubber, paint, coatings, etc.), at the same time also can measure the nonmagnetic metal substrate (such as copper, aluminum, zinc, tin and other non-ferrous metals and non-magnetic stainless steel) on the conductive layer thickness (such as rubber, paint, plastics, coating, anodic oxidation film, etc.).
Coating thickness gauge probe can work under the electromagnetic induction and eddy current principle.In automatic mode (AUTO), two kinds of automatic conversion principle of visual measurement matrix, or can be automatically through the menu mode and the automatic conversion.
