Brief introduction
ZJL-200 torque rheometer and the used to study polymer pyrocondensation, thermal stability, shear stability, dynamic rheological properties and plasticizing behavior. The properties of polymer materials, such as cross linking, crosslinking and curing of thermosetting resins, the dynamic stability of elastomer, and the influence of screw speed on the performance of polymer materials, are mainly used to measure and analyze the processing performance and rheological behavior of polymer materials.
Torque rheometer can be used to study thermal plastic material thermal stability, shear stability, flow and solidification behavior, its greatest feature is under conditions similar to the actual process of continuous, accurate, reliable rheological properties of the system were measured. The typical experimental materials of can be determined by the crosslinking characteristics of XLPE materials, the fusion characteristics of PVC materials, the determination of thermal stability, the relationship between apparent viscosity and shear rate, etc..
With modular design and joint function: host control center, with drive and control function of the measurement unit; controlled auxiliary equipment (such as mixing unit and extrusion unit) is the intelligent application specific measurement unit, through the system bus will measure data transmission to the host.
