Winner318 is against my company specially design and development of spray droplets size measurement laser granulometer. This product according to the need of the droplets are determined, using the fraunhofer diffraction principle and typical parallel optical path design, with high performance high power laser source and made of droplets is measuring's right-hand man. Unique separation design, make it become a kind of mechanical analysis of open platform for the optical, scattered with wet or dry dispersion system, can become a multi-use of universal laser particle size analyzer, to further expand its applicability.

Main features:

Fission type structure obvious advantages: 1-10 m adjustable fission type structure and the measuring range, can meet the needs of any spray measurement. Non-contact measurement of droplets size, do not interfere with the flow field.

Original design to improve instrument commonality and applicability: with three dimensional fine-tune the detection unit, can be easily completed instrument optical path of the work. Specially designed air curtain protection device, make the instrument lens can work continuously under the harsh environment, not polluted by fog droplets.

Software powerful: high-performance software can record at any time by measuring the spray field within the cylindrical volume over all particle size distribution of droplets for a cross section of mist particle size distribution, can continuously move the nozzle, the beam scanning on cross section, the test results can be continuous recording and statistical analysis.

Automatic correction function: according to the multiple scattering fog concentration field design automatic correction function, ensure the accuracy and repeatability of the test result, can adapt to different concentrations of spray measurement.
