ZLS-28D/M Helium Mass Spectrometer Leak Detector

Introduction:

ZLS-28D/M type helium mass spectrometer leak detector is a brand-new custom-made helium mass spectrometer leak detector. The molecular pump in the instrument adopts imported products from abroad and has high reliability. The instrument is controlled by computer program, and functions through human-machine dialogue mode through touch-type display. It has automatic peak finding, program control, large character leak rate display, direct reading of leak rate, four commonly used leak rate unit conversion, and leak detection data storage. Features such as analysis, statistics, and printing are highly intelligent. The biggest advantage of this instrument is that it can realize remote operation and data exchange with server according to user's needs through RS232 (or RS485) communication; it can also be customized according to users, completely open man-machine interface, real-time refresh technology. Agreement to achieve the unified control of the main server on the production line.
