ATR3110-1064 is a portable Raman spectrometer with an excitation wavelength of 1064nm. It is a member of the ATR3110 series, which is well-known in the scientific research field. The ATR3110-1064 is equipped with a laser with an excitation wavelength of 1064 nm and a Raman filter set with high extinction ratio, and uses a high-sensitivity InGaAs array detector with a lower TE cooling temperature for better signal-to-noise ratio.
