Introduction:

MPI-EII full spectrum electrochemiluminescence analyzer is the apparatus combined electrochemical analysis with chemiluminescence analysis. It integrates multiple testing interfaces, multiple analysis parameters, and multiple control units. It can be used to real-time detection with the method of electrochemiluminescence for sample. In addition, it displays the signals of chemiluminescence and electrochemical analysis at the same time, and analyzes the signals. It’s the upgrade model of MPI-E electrochemiluminescence analyzer. The integrated detector has photoelectric detection unit with wide spectral response and cooling systems. It reduced the background noise obviously, and improved the stability of photoelectric detection. The special design of the cell for electrochemiluminescence detection enhanced detection efficiency of optical signal detection greatly. The static/flow injection cell can be achieved manually injection sampling, or automatic trace sampling with related devices.

Components of Instrument

The instrument consists of four parts, such as: electrochemical analyzer, multifunctional chemiluminescence analyzer, and multifunctional chemiluminescence detector.

1. Electrochemical analyzer:

Electrochemical analyzer provides electrochemical methods required by electrochemical analysis and electrogenerated chemiluminescence analysis. The component integrated with standard RS 232 serial interface communicated with computer is the core of the whole test system. It can effectively complete the data transmission between the computer and the multi-channel data acquisition analyzer, and the corresponding control components.

3. Multifunctional chemiluminescence detector

It can be used for static injection chemiluminescence analysis, capillary electrophoresis chemiluminescence analysis, capillary electrophoresis electrogenerated chemiluminescence analysis, et al. In addition, it can be used as shielding cover for electrochemical detection to shield external electromagnetic interference signal.

The detector has a temperature-control system for controlling working temperature. It should improve the stability of the test and signal-to-noise ratio effectively.
