X-ray fluorescence (XRF) analysis technology is determined by the primary X-ray excitation samples produced by the secondary characteristic X ray (X-ray fluorescence), it is a non-destructive analysis method, which can realize multielement rapid analysis of solid and liquid samples. XRF is suitable for all kinds of solid and liquid samples, a multielement determination at the same time, the detection limit in mg/kg level range, sample preparation method is simple, has been widely used in geology, material, metallurgical environment, the conventional analysis of the sample. XRF as a non-destructive testing technology, can be directly applied to the scene, the in situ analysis, occupies an important position in the field of material analysis.
