IFFM—100 flow-injection chemiluminescence detecting instrument

Flow-injection chemiluminescence analysis instrument is the earliest automatic chemiluminescence detecting and analysis system in China. The instrument consists of a double- peristaltic-pump flow-injection sampling system with the characteristics of high sensitivity, digital control and wide speed range, a multi-functional ultra-weak chemiluminescence detector, and the analysis software which can implement chemiluminescence detection, data acquisition, and the analysis of both static injection chemiluminescence and flow-injection chemiluminescence. The auxiliary interface can be connected with all kinds of spectrophotometers according to the customers’ request. The software also permits the customers to choose the measurement of intensity, absorbance and transmittance.

2.Multi-function chemiluminescence detector
* Multi-function chemiluminescence detecting system can perform varieties of chemiluminescence analysis such as capillary electrophoresis luminescence and can perform flow-injection and static injection. It is equipped with high-sensitivity end window photomultiplier tube.
* Programmable high accuracy negative high voltage power source and high accuracy preamplifier
* Range of negative high voltage  -100~-1100V. Stability is better than 0.05%.
3.High accuracy data acquisition system can perform the following functions controlled by a main computer
* Automatic/manual zero adjusting
* Gain control 1× 2× 4× 8× 16×
* Filter cut-off frequency adjustment  10~100 Hz
* Sampling rate  1 - 100 rs/S
* The external signal input interface can receive the analog signal from other instruments, inputting range 0~5V.
