2 Application

 Service Drop Cable (ABC CABLE) are mainly used for electric power transmission, rebuilding of u  rban and forest regions.They can improves safety and reliance of electrified wire netting.To supply 120 volt aerial service for temporary service at construction sites, outdoor  or street lighting. For service at 600 volts or lower ATA conductor temperature of 750  C maximum. A new type of aerial cable for power transmitting. It is extensively used in overhead power transmission line.

3 Specification

 Concentric strand aluminum wires as phase conductor; AAAC(all aluminum alloy conductors) or ACSR(aluminum conductor steel reinforced) as messenger (Neutral) core;Phase conductor is insulated by XLPE or HDPE or PVC.It meets or exceeds the following specifications: 

 1). Aluminum Wire, 1350-H19 for Electrical Purposes. 
 2). Aluminum Conductors, Concentric-Lay-Stranded. 
 3). Aluminum Conductor, Concentric-Lay-Stranded, Coated Steel Reinforced (ACSR). 
 4). Concentric-Lay-Stranded 6201-T81 Conductors. 
 5). Compressed Round Stranded Aluminum Conductors Using Single Input Wire. 
 It meets or exceeds all applicable requirements of ANSI/ICEA S-76-474

4 Type of XLPE(PE) insulated ABC cable (service drop)

   XLPE(PE) insulate cable (service drop)covers mainly three types:

   Duplex Service Drop

   Triplex Service Drop

   Quadplex Service Drop

 The cable can be produced whose construction is phase conductor with neutral bare conductor or phase conductor with insulated neutral conductor, etc. And we can still produce the cables according to the request of customers.
