Delivery condition of hydraulic cylinder tube

1. NBK(+N) of hydraulic tube

after cold forming, eventually above phase transition point, in a protective atmosphere of annealing oxidation medium

2. GBK(+A) of carbon tube

after cold forming, annealing in non oxidizing medium protective gas

3. BK(+C) of hydraulic cylinder tube

the final heat treatment after cold forming, therefore small steel pipe plastically, the plastically degree does not guarantee

4. BKW(+LC) of honed tube

after final heat treatment, a tiny cold drawing deformation, continue again when machining steel pipe allowed inside certain limits cold deformation(bending, flaring)

5. BKS(+SR) of hydraulic cylinder tube

have a stress relief after cold forming, heat treatment, steel pipe can be carried out within a certain limit in the appropriate processing again

1.Hydraulic Cylinder Tube---Used in the hydraulic cylinder of the heavy machinery, Cranes, excavator also forklifts. Material is various, mainly STKM-13CT, ST52, CK45 E355 S45C and AISI 1020. We can work and get the mechanical property of the clients need and extended the life of the hydraulic cylinder.

2.SRB tube and honed steel tube ----- Used in Elevator,buffer and Hydraulic Cylinder .This kind tube have a better roughness inner the tube, ra0.2-0.4um and can use directly in the hydraulic cylinder tube.

Range: ID 50-250mm and Length can work at most 6M.

3.Cold finished tube---- Cold drawn tube, cold rolled tube. Widely Used. Processing range 30-300mm, biggest length is 11m.
