50L Rotary Vacuum Evaporator with Vacuum Pump and Chiller
The rotary vacuum evaporator functions by subjecting a mixture to heat which removes the volatile components fast by the action of vacuum & rotation. The volatile components are condensed & collected. By this way, Temperature sensitive materials(such as beta carotene) can remove solvents from the mixture without damaging the product. Rotary evaporator is faster and easier than steam distillation which needs more time and labor, so it is widely used for condensation, crystallization, separation, recovery in laboratory experiment and pilot production and has become one of the necessary basic instruments in the chemical industry, pharmaceutical industry, universities and research laboratories and other units etc.
