This automatic sausage smoking furnace is mainly make up by the furnace, heating  system, circulating air system, smoked system and control system, etc..

1. Furnace: All the components and the outer wall of the furnace internal made of stainless steel, corrosion-resistant. The products will be hanging in the trailer into the furnace body, close the door, cooking and other processing can be carried out by setting process parameters.

2. Heating system:

A. Steam heating: can have function of cooking, smoking and drying, you will need have steam source, the highest temperature can be achieved 120°C.

B. Electric heating: can have function of baking, smoking and drying, it is use electric heating tube, the highest temperature can be achieved 140°C.

C. Steam+electric heating: can have function of cooking, baking, smoking and drying.

3. Circulating air system: at the top of furnace have two-speed electric fan,  the amount of high-power and high winds to ensure furnace heating,  uniform temperature throughout, to ensure the quality of products is stable and reliable.

4. Smoked system:

A. Inner smoke:Inner of furnace have a fuming plate, can put sawdust or sugar on it before close the door, control the panel  button fuming button, and adjust the time the smoke in uniform furnace smoked cooked products with smoke switch button time adjustment. (This is suitable for 30L, 50L and 100L)

B. Outer smoke: Outer of furnace have a smoke box, there have a fuming plate, you can put sawdust or sugar on it, you can put it whenever you need. (This is suitable for all model)

5. Control system:

Fully automatic electric/computer control part of the fumigation box using the advanced man-machine interface with a programmable controller, fully automatic control and monitoring of the various processes. Reliable operation and easy to operate, waterproof performance is good.

About packaging, for small size or single machine, we can offer free fumigation wooden case with steel frame, it not only can protect machine from damage, but also avoid checking when exporting.

For multiple machines or production line, it's better to loaded in standard container 20GP, 40GP, 40HQ, unually it needs wrapped with plasitc firstly, then loaded in container.

*How do you guarantee I can receive the goods that ordered after make the payment?

* How to make the payment?

Normally, when the order value is below USD10,000, we accept the payment by T/T or Western Union or Cash, L/C will be accepted when the order value is over USD10,000. For T/T, the customer can choose 100% in advance or 30% in advance, and pay the 70% balance before shipment.

*Date of delivery?

We will arrange the production and shipment as soon as possible when we received the deposit, and update the information with the customer on line.

*Suitablity of motor?

As there are many volatage standards in different countries in the world, so the original motor equipped on the machine would not suitable to be used with the customer's local power supply, when this situation happend, please send us your exact information of the power supply available, then we can modify the motor accordingly.

For most of the machines, the quality is guaranteed for one year since the date of shipment expet wearing parts, we supply the on-line service for all the machines, and also supply the spare parts all the time with cost price, for some complicated machine or plant, we can send our engineer overseas too.
