Working principle of the almonds shelling machine:

The almond cracking machine consists of a hopper, a hoist, a first, second and third stage processing rolls, a discharge screen at all levels and a total vibrating screen.
The hazelnut cracking machine rotates with a chain, vibrates and discharges, and is connected by a strut between the vibrating screen body and the frame, and a special rubber sleeve is used at the joint. It has the characteristics of durable shock absorption.

For example, the apricot kernel material has a large flat diameter of 15 mm, a flat diameter of 12 mm in the middle, and a small flat diameter of 9 mm. According to the raw materials, the first time, the first de-rolling gap is 14 mm, the second de-rolling gap is 11 mm, and the third-time de-rolling gap is 8 mm. It adjusts the gap according to the raw material to achieve the broken nut.
