Description of almond processing line

1.The machine is mainly used to filter apricot kernels, hazelnuts, almonds, different nuts, beans, etc. of different sizes into three levels of large, medium and small or more levels for easy storage and sales.

2.This almond sheller can remove the hard shell of three grade apricot cores by adjusting the gap of the first, second and third processing shelling rolls.the size of the apricot kernel is not the same, and the small adjustment gap is taken off before the small one is taken off. The gap of the press roller should be 1-1.5mm smaller than the deflection of the apricot core.

3.It is composed of one, two and three vibrating screens. It can be screened and graded at the same time. The screen of the live type sieve is 6---10mm. Replace the sieve according to different varieties and separate qualified size grades.

4.Reasonable design and reasonable crushing rate is the most ideal nuclear processing equipment.
