The making process of potato chips making machine :

This production line can produce Potato Chips & Sticks, also can produce French Fries,

we will offer different formulas with machines.

The basic chips are cooked and salted; additional varieties are manufactured using various

flavorings (often salt and vinegar, cheese and onion, BBQ sauce or salt) and ingredients

including seasonings, herbs, spices, cheeses, and artificial additives.

1 Main equipment

Bubbling pool or soak washing machine, peeling machine, sorting conveyor, hoist cuts, potato dicer, hoist pick, pick conveyor, potato blanching machine, vibration sieve, frozen hoist with Freezer machines. The production line can produce potato chips, French fries, potato pieces and other frozen potato products.

5. Potato frying machine

heat the oil to 170 degrees Celsius, then put the dehydrated potato chips into the frying machine for about 1.5 minutes, french-fries about 5 minutes
