Manual saline injection machine is to inject salt water, starch, soy protein and accessories into the meat fully preserved, so that meat tenderizer, soft, improved mouth bits of meat and meat products increased production rate.
The device should be widely used in beef, pork, duck breast, roast, ham and other food companies engaged in meat processing.

This machine can inject the salt and other material pickled liquid into the meat block or the meat with bone, shorten the pickling time.

Brief introduction of of meat brine injecting machine:

1) The whole machine, including salt water pumps are all made of stainless steel SUS304, in line with hygienic standard.
2) injection needle has unique design, reasonable arrangement, and the injection rate is adjustable, injection of up to 50% at one time.
3) electrical box is installed separately with the main body, can avoid electrical damp.
4) the machine is equipped with salt water filter, the cycle will not plug the pressure water pump. And also equipped with a regulated energy storage device to ensure injection pressure stability.

5) The machine can be used to inject 40-50cm thickness meat block, injection rate of one time not less than 40%.
6) when inject viscous material, injection needle with 10mm needle, ordinary with injection needle 8mm.
