Introduction  of biltong slicer :

1. The whole machine is made of SUS304 stainless steel, which ensures its durability and safety, and is easy to clean. This machine has two knife grouping channels. It can cut two kinds of products of different sizes at the same time. The minimum cutting size is 5mm. It can cut slices and shreds of chilled meat with width less than 400mm and thickness less than 150mm.

2. The machine is equipped with feeding conveyor belt and feeding protective cover, which play a very good role in fresh meat cutting. The conveyor belt conveyor speed is 62mm/s.
