The Cutter frame gantry adopts single side double guide rail guide,which it is high strength and not easy to fatigue deformation in order to improve the stability of the equipment, its high automatic control system is PLC frequency converter with touch screen.

It can cut minus 18 degrees Celsius to 0 degrees Celsius frozen meat and ham ect. other materials into 0.5 ~ 100mm slices and blocks.

Characteristics:

1, the machine's cutting knife with a heavy knife and light knife two configurations: light knife is mainly used for cutting frozen meat and other materials; heavy knife is mainly used for cutting bones and other substances.

2, the front side of the machine is equipped with a folding discharge conveyor belt, the back end is equipped with a folding loading platform, which is greatly facilitates for the user.
