The working principle of the noodle machine is to extrude the flour through the relative rotation of the dough roller to form the noodles, and then cut the noodles through the slice opposite the cutting knife of the front head, so as to form the noodles.The shape of noodles depends on the size of the cutting knife.
Heating part, temperature automatic control, arbitrary setting, heat source can be steam heating, electric heating, thermal oil furnace heating and other heating methods.The air drying section is air drying at room temperature.
