Clean vegetable processing line is made up for four parts. Respectively are cutting, lifting, clean, sterilize clean and shaking water away.

Function:

1. Multifunction vegetable cutting machine has two frequency converters. One is used to cut leaf vegetables, like Chinese onion green, garlic sprout, leek, celery, Chinese cabbage, green vegetable, etc.

The other one is used to cut corm and root vegetables, like turnip, potato, taro, sweet potatoes, bamboo shoot, onion, eggplant, apple, ginger, etc.

It can use for slice cutting (thickness customizable), shred cutting (thickness customizable), dice cutting (size customizable).

2. Vegetable Bubble washing Machine adopts high pressure to produce bubble. Machine has circulating surfing, bubble washing, sterilizing washing and high pressure spraying for four times washing.

It also equip with filter device. The device can separate the rot leaf, residue and hair on vegetable. And all the residue will come out from overfall gap to vice washing tank. At the overfall exit, there is a strainer to separate residue and water. In case the residue pollute the vice washing tank and blocking the water pump.

When washing, the bubble strength can be adjusted. You could adjust the bubble strength for better washing and handling charges.

3. Shaking machine can help remove needless moisture on vegetable and fruit. So that you could past them to next step, packing or vacuum packing.
