Vacuum traverse shaft horizontal inclinable cooking mixer

is a kind of agitator which is used for pre-cooking and preparation of high-viscosity food materials, heating the tank body and jacket (steam), and driving the transverse shaft agitator with worm wheel reducer. The agitator adopts PTFE slurry, scraping (rolling material) agitator without dead angle, and the speed of agitator is controlled by frequency converter and infinite speed regulation. Equipment for unloading and resetting of mechanical transmission.

Application Scope:

It is used for cooking and vacuum compression of high viscosity materials such as bean paste, fruit paste, jam and so on.

1. Vacuum is pumped from the top of the U-shaped pot body of the machine. The jacket is heated by steam. The combined transmission of the infinite speed change, the turbine and the reducer increases the intensity of the cross-shaft agitation.

2. The stirrer of PTFE scraper is used. In the process of material rolling stirring, the stirrer and the pot body are fully contacted in all directions to ensure that there is no stirring dead angle.

3. The opening, unloading and resetting of the pot body are controlled by hydraulic and mechanical transmission, and the operation is very convenient.

4. Vacuum stir-frying can reduce the stir-frying temperature, especially suitable for the stir-frying of heat-sensitive raw materials, avoiding the degradation of color and taste caused by excessive heating, and maintaining the original color, fragrance and taste of raw materials.

5. It improves the frying efficiency and shortens the frying time.

6. Horizontal tilting agitator with horizontal axis uses steam heating system, which is easy to control heat source, clean and sanitary, easy to maintain and safe to operate.
