The installation and adjustment of horizontal

1,  mainly components:

(1) horizontal mixer body. Body including the fuselage, mixing chamber, mixing rotor structure.
(2)main reducer machine, equipped with a pulley input shaft, an output shaft with coupling.
(3) a main motor, equipped with a pulley.

(4)Attachment: dowel pin, belt and so on.

2.Using tips

1, the machine should be started under no load conditions, non-strip open, in order to avoid causing damage.

2, with a metal material in the prohibited from entering, to avoid damaging the mixing blades.

3, before starting the first check that all bolts are tightened.
4, check the bearing housing and the gearbox is in place within the oil.
5, start the main motor, check the direction of rotation is reversed. If reverse rotation, adjustment should be immediately stopped.
6, parking should stop feeding, prohibited parking strip.
