Brief Introduction

 

    GC-9802 gas chromatography, is a multifunctional laboratory analytical instrument controlled by computer, can be equipped with thermal conductivity detector (TCD), hydrogen flame ionization detector (FID), electron capture detector (ECD), flame photometric detector(FPD), nitrogen phosphorus detector (NPD) five detectors. Can be filled with packed columns and capillary columns. The instrument can be heated and nine-order  programmed heating operation.

Temperature control

(1) Column chamber temperature:

Temperature range: room temperature plus 3 ℃ -400℃

Temperature stability: superior to 0.2%

Temperature gradient: column effective area is not greater than 2%

Deviation between set temperature and actual temperature is not greater than ±2%

Program order: 9 orders

Heating rate: 0.1-40℃/min, (in increments of 0.1 ° C).

Cooling rate: column temperature cooling time from 250 ℃ to 50 ℃ is not greater than 8 minutes. Repeatability of the programmed heating is not greater than 1%.

Initial and final temperature time: 0.1-256 min

(2) Temperature control accuracy vaporizing chamber and detecting chamber: ±0.1℃(within room temperature +10℃ to 200)±0.2℃(above 200±℃)deviation between set temperature and indicated temperature is not greater than 1.

(3) Over-temperature alarm

When any circuit temperature over the set temperature 16℃ and continue to rise, the screen will have message notices and sound alarm.
