Main Features

Such horizontal lathe machine has following features:

1. Spindle nose: C6-type (No D-type spindle nose)

2. Chucktype: Direct-coupled;

3. New improved direct-coupled 3-jaw, 4-jaw chuck;

4. Guide rail width: 394mm;

5. Guide rail hardness: HRC50,Depth 1.5mm

6. Max load capacity between two centers: 500kg;

7. Provide left and right wheel,

8. Apron with rapid shift handle in longitudinal and cross direction;

9. Special indication is required iftailstock sleeve is with a scale;

10. Mechanical clutch is used for such lathe. No foot brake, No electrical cabinet;

11. The precision can reach up to IT7 level; the surface roughness can be up to 1.6 grade;
